His career journey has encompassed various pivotal roles, ranging from Financial Accountant and Tax Specialist to Audit, Compliance, System, and Revenue Control.
Hakeem possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a profound expertise in areas such as Consolidation of Financial Statements, micro-entity accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements, Budgeting and Forecasting, SOX Compliance Control, General Ledger management, Cash Management, and Payroll Reconciliations. Furthermore, he exhibits a flair for creative innovation, enriched by a wealth of experience in financial and project management, extending from conceptualisation to development.
Among Hakeem’s core competencies are the development of Payroll and Pension specification documents, overseeing Data Migration processes, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle Cloud Fusion. He has taken on a pivotal role as the Financial Lead in the integration of Oracle Payroll.
