Enoch Opare Mintah
Enoch holds to his credit an MRes, Master of Research (Kingston University London, UK), MBA (University of Liverpool, UK), MSc Governance (University of Lincoln, UK), and a PhD-Candidate, Governance and Sustainability (Kingston University London, UK). He has over eight years of business and sustainability research, consulting, teaching, and training experience in sustainability reporting, stakeholder management, ESG cross-functional training, climate scenario planning, risk and opportunities assessment, sustainability governance, review and advisory, climate transition strategy, policy development and analysis, and nationally determined commitments development.
His consultancies have engaged multinational, listed companies and SMEs in Africa on sustainability with cross-continental exposure to sustainability trends, regulations, and issues. He has taught and lectured on several postgraduate programmes including Governance, Governance and Risk, Sustainability Reporting, Business Ethics, and Cross-cultural Communication, at leading universities in the UK, India, and China. He has conducted research and published in high-impact academic journals including 3* CABS/A, and is a contributor on sustainability for the International Report Review, UK, and Illuninem, Italy.
Enoch has received ESG-related training from international organizations including the Centre for Human Rights Law, Environment and Development Centre, Association for Learning Design and Education for Sustainable Development (ALDESD), UNESCO, and the World Bank. His functional expertise and specialism revolve around ESG assessment and the training and development of professionals in the whole value chain on ESG-related matters to enhance holistic ESG integration into the corporate function to promote team and organizational ESG implementation and impact reporting.
He has extensive functional proficiency in the understanding and application of global reporting frameworks including GRI, TCFD, TNFD, IFC performance, CPD, IFRS S1 and S2, GHG Protocol, and CSRD, amongst others. Enoch has extensive working knowledge in industries including Aviation, Cement, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, FMCG, Higher Education, Telecommunication, and INGOs. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Certified Business and Management Educator (CMBE), UK.
